Where is the cemetery, bridge, and old factory in 'night of the living dead'

The cemetery is in Evans City, PA. In fact most of the film was filmed in and around Evans City. I don't remember an old factory and I've seen it hundreds of times.

I think there was a factory or something similar in the 30th anniversary
