I'm trying to find out the name of a movie (sci-fi/horror I guess)from the early eighties I think. Anyway, in the movie they were either on a ship in space or on a planet and it would make their greatest fear a reality and use it to kill them off one by one. I can remember a scene where a woman who was scared of maggots has one become giant and kill her. Also the captain or leader has a fear of fighting with his first officer or friend. The first officer is a black guy who has had one of his arms ripped off during his death, anyway, he's been killed off already but is broght back to fight the captain, they fight with some skill too, and I think its the captain that figures out that their fears are made real to kill them and has to stop it. Those are the things I remember about it, can anyone give me some help? I was a kid when I saw it on cable T.V. somewhere in the early eighties.
