If You Were To Make A Horror Movie Today - What Would it Be?

And where would you derive your Ideas from?
Could you deal with making a movie out of one of your nightmares? Would that work as therapy for you - or make the nightmare all the more nightmarish?

Well, personally I like to forget as quick as possible about nightmares so I don't think I would want to make a movie from it

a scary movie and a ghost and killer the movie would be called kill the ghost the charcters will be named amy,lucy,jake and adam. Lucy heard a mystirous noise in the night of darkness the next mortning amy,jake,adem come into school with stab wounds all over them lucy was the only one that has not been stabed and in school lucy found aote on her desk that said your next lucy is 16 years old,adem is 14 years olld amy is 15 years old and jake is 17 years old but non of them will live very long because there is ghoust killer on the loss and all four of them have in till daylight to live.

It would be called 'Death After Dark', its about a girl named Sam and her friends , Rocky ,Elise,Greg,Diana and Jacob. Sam and her BFFL's are being stalked by a psycho killer with a twisted love for the night. Everytime one of them goes out after midnight , they're life is in grave danger! There are many deaths in this sick , twisted bloodbath, so if you like scary movies this is 4 u !

Here are the rulez to survive the Death after Dark massacre :1. Stay in well lit area's 2. Don't anwser your phone. 3. you gotta run you butt away if that psycho comes! 4. If your runnin' don't fall down. 5. What ever you do NEVER LOOK BACK!!!! 6. Don't run in the house, thats the first place she gonna look! See those are the rules

reality seems to be the ticket ...i feel that if you portray you story in a down to earth surburban setting ,you set a seed in the veiwers mind that not only is this a very scary movie...BUT this can really happen to me ...and this in turn would kick the fear level up another notch....yea and then when they go home at night and go to bed ...it flashes through their minds and guess what...THEY GET UP AND MAKE SHURE THEIR DOORS ARE ALL LOCKED...BINGO...RESIDUAL FEAR...THE KEYNOTE OF A GREAT HORROR MOVIE....

oh, And I 4got 1 rule , rule number 6 : DON'T try to hide! you'll NEVER escape... thats the final rule wish me luck..

I am a bit of a serial killer buff, so I would love to make one about H.H Holmes. I mean I think it would be pretty good since there would be a lot of deaths, and some could be pretty gory, or not depending on the raitings one wants; plus before he was hanged Holmes said that he killed because the devil was inside him. So one could either make the movie from the stand point of the crazed serial killer, or one could do a sort of demonic possesion thing. Myself I would probably go for the more realistic version though. Plus all reports describe Holmes as handsome (but not by todays standards, yeeesh) but if one got a sexy guy to play Holmes it could bring out more femles; I am a female so I know that some male eye candy can sometimes bring out more viewers.
