It a gang movie where one gang of olde3r guys try to take over the neighborhood and the younger gang fights back only to be cornered in the end in the school yard but as they are surrounded the school doors open up and there is help for the little guys Huge big older cats ! great movie!

Are you talking about The Wanderers? or possibly The Warriors? They are two different movies and I don't know if either is the the one you are asking about but maybe they will help. The Wanderers ended in a school yard and The Warriors ended on the beach.

no neither the wanders ended on the football feild and yes the warriors ended on the beach . This movie is neck and neck with the wanders and warriors for sure if not it might just beat them both!!The best movie I have ever seennnnnnnnnn. truly..Please help me find the answer to this. Also they throw gassoline cotails off the roofs and have great shoot out!in the end its going to be a knife fight,chains,and guns but like I said earlier the big dudes show up and save the day .. I need to see this baddd.

Are you kidding? I cried watching Arthur when I was teenager! Dudley Moore and Liza Minelli were jerkin those tears left and right! And then when that old lady gave him all that money at the end anyway, man what a cap to a gem!
